Founder of Delia Skin & Beauty Spa, formerly GlamByDelia — a licensed esthetician who has spent 6+ years making sure everyone's skin gets treated like it matters.

The founder

A passion for skin,
as long as she can remember.

Delia's path started in public health. She graduated from North Carolina Central University with a Bachelor's degree in Public Health — Health Education, and went to work in the health field.

Beauty kept pulling. She began freelancing as a makeup artist, and what started as a side passion turned into a profession: she went on to become a certified, licensed esthetician, building a following under the name GlamByDelia.

After years working inside the beauty industry for other people, she opened her own doors. The goal was specific and it hasn't changed: a spa that caters to everyone's skincare needs — not one skin type, not one skin tone, not one kind of client.

That public health background still shows up in the work. Skin gets treated as something to understand and maintain, not a problem to sell products at.

Single-use applicators, no double-dipping, sanitized tools and linens between every client. Non-negotiable, every visit.
